The on-premises restaurants are able to prepare meals that can be picked up by the guest. The residence doesn't have any laundry machine, but you can download the app called Hamperapp for your laundries.

Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. As we need to get the residence ready for next guest, there will be a $100 fee late check-out after 10am for each hour.


The Valet Parking is $65+tax per car overnight and $80 + tax per oversized vehicle. The price includes in and out privileges. The location is at the heart of the Miami Beach, close to everywhere. Uber and Lyft are commonly being used and have an easy access to the hotel.

IMPORTANT : For the check in, W Hotel Residences requires CREDIT CARD information for the incidentals. One of the guests MUST BE 21 or older to check-in. Otherwise please mention it before your arrival so I can meet you in person and check you in.

This is a non smoking apartment - smoking violation penalty is $5,000. Pets are not allowed.

Other things to note
– Some essentials such as towels, pillows, bed sheets, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, soap and toilet paper are provided at the day of check-in. We do not provide extra on those essentials during the stay.
