Good welcome. Globally we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the place. A lot of dust and hairs of cats in the room. The litter is situated near the door of the room. The smells were not still pleasant. The apartment is very well situated to join the center and just a step from the sea ( very pleasant walking). A free parking lot is just situated in front of the apartment. It is easy to find a place
I'm sorry to hear that - I've been doing Airbnb for a year and this is the first comment on this. It would have been good to share that with me on arrival. Yes, there are cats and it is a very old house with original floorboards and beams so there will be dust but the house is kept very clean. New modern bathroom and kitchen. I thought it was clear but I must revisit the description and make sure that the description of the house and cat presence are both very clear.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Tracy was a very delightful host ! Excellent location , and very easy to find , as the 'orange' colour of the corner pub is a perfect land mark.
Tracy was kind enough to make her self available to us , as we were a little late. The house is lovely , if you love old wood and period homes (which i do!!) The style and design are classic.
The sea and promenade are literally minutes away, so once we got settled we walked the sea wall, and then later into the famous "O'Connors" pub , in Salthill , just ten minutes from Tracy's up on the hill.
Tracy , made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast, and also answered any questions we had about our days tour.
I really loved this location , as it is with in a short walking distance back into Galway City, which is a great city to spend time in and explore.
This place was great. The owner was very helpful, provided us with good details and place was clean and welcoming.
Great space, and Tracey was a wonderful host. Fantastic communication! There are a fair amount of stairs, but it's worth it!
