A built-in BBQ and dining area set the stage for outdoor meals surrounded by open desert views. Multiple seating areas invite you to relax, read, or gather as the light shifts across the landscape.

Pet Friendly: Two well-behaved dogs allowed ($125 fee). No pups on furniture and no pups left alone in the house or yard.

Roads: The last short stretch is dirt/sand with small rocks, accessible for most cars.

No TV - intentionally designed for rest and reconnection.

Wildlife:

You may spot rabbits, roadrunners, lizards, coyotes, and other desert creatures. The desert is peaceful but alive with nature. Keep doors closed and food sealed, and enjoy the quiet beauty of this landscape.
