Stay in a cozy 2BR/1BA home with Stearns & Foster pillow-top king mattresses, stainless steel appliances, two couches, a 55” TV, and an electric fireplace. Each bedroom has a TV, with WiFi throughout. Enjoy coffee or walk to Nickel & Bean. Lexington Cemetery is two minutes away.

The private first-floor unit of our duplex, with a separate entrance, no shared living spaces, and two parking spots. We live in the separate upstairs unit with our small Chihuahua. Feel free to say hello if you see us!

The property is a duplex, and you’ll have the entire first floor (Suite A) all to yourselves—completely private for your stay. Keyed Entry.

There are two designated parking spots available for you, located directly in front of the garage. Please park only in the assigned spaces marked with signage during your stay, as the other spaces are reserved.

Suite B is a separate unit on the second floor, where we live with our chihuahua.

Other things to note
This early-1900s home has been converted into a duplex. Although stairs may be visible in the first-floor photos, the stairway has been completely sealed off and provides no access between units. Your first-floor unit has its own private entrance and no shared living spaces.
