Most visitors are backpackers and the atmosphere is relaxed so lots of talk about travel. Nice snorkeling and diving within reach of 10 minutes. Great place from here to see all the top places in Bali, to visit the Gilis (we can secure tickets) or the Eastern islands of Indonesia.
Its along the beach and a super relaxed placed full with strong color and a Gaudi influence.
Extra guests pay 10$ and breakfast is not included however once you have seen the menu and eaten down stairs in the restaurant you might not want to leave...many are hanging out here longer then expected...much longer!
Wifi is standard and one of the most stable connections around. Access to the bar, the garden and not to forget award films on our huge outdoor cinema screen 2x per week.

Desak helped provide transport from the airport to the room. The space around the rooms where beautiful and peaceful. This was a beautiful blend between privacy and comfort of a hotel. We where able to order a freshly prepared meal at 8pm-brought right to our room. Breakfast was delicious and served outside on the patio. We enjoyed watching locals start their days while we sipped coffee.
The room has air conditioning which was a relief if it got too hot, but we rarely needed it and only briefly.
This residence is close to two must-see temples and you can rent a scooter right from the porch! Excellent choice. So peaceful.
Everything was great, a little oase what you don't expect by the first view from the outside! Thank you
Perfect room for a couple, lot of colors and really delicious restaurant downstair.
Positif : Fan and private bathroom
Negatif : Mosquitos (bring spray) and no intimity, thin separation.
This location is not really for the people who like to stay in a quiet place and who have a high expectancy level. The washing facilities and the toilet are ok, given that they are shared. The people behind the counter are very friendly, got a lot of information for you. So don't spend your time on the streets looking for transport, just ask here.
Topiinn is a nice quirky place to stay. The staff were so lovely and the food is a must try! My room was cozy to say the least and quite dark, I would recommend taking a torch! The ensuite was simple, but adequate. Not a long stay place, but a good stop over.
It really is a hostel with its advantages and disadvantages. There is a nice cafe downstairs with both Balinese and European food. During our stay (July) it was very crowded and inpersonal. We booked a double room but it felt like we were sharing it with all the noisy guest as the walls were made of some rather symbolic bamboo.
