The open-concept living area is the heart of the home, featuring:
Large windows framing the stunning mountain scenery.
A cozy gas fireplace for cool mountain evenings.
Comfortable seating for your entire group.
A classic arcade system with games like Pac-Man and Galaga.

Step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy your morning coffee above the clouds or gather around the propane fire pit at night. We provide cozy blankets for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, with bar seating, a dining area with mountain views, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, cookware, and essential spices.

Our home comfortably sleeps your group with three private bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed and a TV.
Twin Room: Two twin beds plus a trundle (sleeps 3), and a TV. Ideal for kids or friends.

Two full bathrooms provide ample space and privacy for everyone.

Guest access
Guests have full and private access to the entire house. Your stay includes:
* A private entrance and self-check-in.
* The entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas.
* An intimate 5-person hot tub with lights and jets, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
* An expansive deck with a BBQ grill and propane fire pit.

Other things to note
Safety First: The property has high decks, a fireplace, a fire pit, and a hot tub. Use of these amenities is at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times.
Security: For your safety and ours, there is are security and doorbell cameras located at the front entrance, which record video and audio.
Penalties: A $1000 fine will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking, parties, or unapproved pets. Guests are subject to immediate removal without a refund if these or other house rules are violated.
Rental Agreement: By booking this property, you agree to be responsible for yourself and all guests in your party. You agree to follow all house rules and surrender the property in good condition at check-out.
