Kitchen/Living/Dining Area
The open concept living and dining space flows into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, bar seating, and all the cookware/utensils you’ll need. The living room has comfortable seating, smart TV, and direct access to your private outdoor space. Kitchen starter supplies include: sponge, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): King bed, smart TV, plenty of storage, sliding doors leading out to your private outdoor space and private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: King bed, plenty of storage, and easy access to the second full bathroom, located right outside the bedroom.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are spacious and modern, featuring showers, fresh linens, hairdryer and complimentary starter toiletries, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Laundry Room:
The unit features a full-size Samsung washer and dryer, conveniently located in the closet on the private backyard patio. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of laundry detergent.

Private Rooftop
Your unit comes with exclusive access to a private rooftop terrace—perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or stargazing.

Pool & Outdoor Spaces
Right outside your door is the shared pool area, complete with swim-up bar stools, lounge chairs, and a shallow sun-bathing section. There’s also a community grill/bar area for outdoor dining and gatherings.

Guests will have full access to the condo, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining areas, laundry, and a private rooftop patio and small backyard for your exclusive use.

The only exception is one small, locked closet in Bedroom 2, which is reserved for owner storage.

Outside, you’ll enjoy the shared pool and grill/bar area with swim-up bar stools, lounge chairs, and a shallow sun-bathing section.

If you’re renting a car, the unit includes one assigned parking space.
