Unbelievable. The guests arrived at 12:00 when the check-in time was set at 16:00 as we informed them in the check-in form. However, instead of making them wait for 4 hours we welcomed them at the time of their arrival but, as can be expected, the cleaning ladies were finishing at that time because we had a check-out of other guests the same morning. They had to run because the guests were already there and they forgot to check the soap and toilet paper but the guest only informed us about this fact after buying it in the supermarket so we didn't have the chance to solve it. Nevertheless, we gave them fruit, water and wine. It is totally unbelievable to receive a complaint instead of gratitude in this case.
