Description is very accurate. Private room with lock on door and shared additional spaces including bathroom. However, despite Chris being home the entire time we were there, he was unseen basically the entire time except when I met him to get the keys and initial access to his p…

This was my first time doing AirBNB and was blown away with the entire experience. Chris was extremely helpful and provided great detail. He went out of his way to make sure that everything went smoothly and that I had what I needed. His Penthouse was clean and in excellent co…

Chris's place is in a great location and only a short, cheap trip by UBER/LYFT to anywhere in the city. There is no parking so if you drive, there is a parking garage around the corner on Warrens (Atelier 505) that is $33 for 24hrs. Closest and cheapest I could find. Its a beaut…

Response from Chris:
I left Robert only positive feedback even though there was an issue or two --because I'm a nice guy and don't sweat the small stuff, but after reading his review, I need to speak up. First of all because of his smoking and doing so near the common area (on top of my front steps with the door to the building left open) to my building, my neighbor texted me complaining at 12:30 a.m. I've never had that happen before -- was disappointing. My building is small with only 3 other tenants and I am the only one that AirBNB's --so I'm hoping this doesn't become a bigger issue. Second, there was trash in the garbage under the sink? Yes, that's where my trash can is. Trash gets picked up 2 times a week on my street, so I have no idea how this affected Robert, but clearly will keep a better eye on it. Also, trash is only picked up twice a week by the city. Three --it's impossible the room was dusty. Robert is only the 3rd guest to have stayed in the room since I just had it completely painted --walls to the ceiling and even had carpets cleaned. My cleaning team is one of the best in the business so really this is insulting to me, my cleaners and the painter. Perhaps the window was left open and dust came in -- no idea on this one. Fourth -- someone walked in himand his girlfriend? really -- you rented my room -- not the entire condo -- so unless somone walked in on you sleeping this is NOT an issue. Buy the way, I checked and it was either 10:30 or 11 a.m. on a Monday, IF you and your girlfriend were having a private moment in the public/common area -- that's an issue. I work from home -- as it states in my description here. Fifth -- Robert forgets to mention that I actually let him and his girlfriend have the place to themselves for the ENTIRE weekend as I went to my parents -- so he got an amazing deal -- and then some! My condo is in the best part of town on one of the nicest streets -- hotels go from $400 and up! Way up. My assistant "walking in on them" in the living room was on a Monday around 11 a.m. My place, as stated in the TOP OF MY AirBNB advertisement and description, clearly states in the very first line, that my place is IDEAL for the SOLO traveler or business person. So if you are offended that I work from home sometimes during the week -- please DO NOT BOOK with me. By sending this I'm ending the conversation. I'm sad I had to even defend myself. PS: Read all my other reviews and you will only see compliments on how clean my place is -- I am a neat freak and everyone knows it. Thank you! Chris Haynes
