Bedroom is completely private and faces the back yard with private entrance. Host lives onsite, but bedroom is closed off from the flat. 5 blocks from Glen Park BART Station.

Street parking is easy- you can park all day long. Street cleaning is every other week and on different sides of the street.

The space
The rental is a private bedroom cottage with an integrated bathroom that faces the backyard garden of the Victorian home. There is a separate entrance to the backyard to access the bedroom so you have all the privacy you could want, although the host lives onsite in the Victorian flat. Internet access for your computer needs, and a TV with Xfinity cable with many of the premium channels if you want a relaxing evening.

Guests have access to the private bedroom cottage with enclosed bathroom facing the garden, and backyard and garden. Host lives onsite so is onhand to help if you need anything.The patio table and chairs are a perfect way to enjoy a morning coffee, and have a meal. We can even turn on the heat lamp for you if it is chilly.
