The space
Our home is a great gathering place for family and friends. Some of the amenities include:
- Hot tub on the top floor deck with a fire pit and a view of the ski mountain
- Wood-burning fireplace in the living room
- Beautiful kitchen with an 8-burner Viking range with 2 ovens, built-in microwave and warming drawer
- Gas grill on the back deck with teak dining table that seats 8-10 and a separate seating area
- Washer and 2 dryers in the full-sized laundry room
- Voice activated TV remote in most rooms
- Sonos speakers throughout the house so you can play you favorite playlist from your phone or iPad
- Closet full of games
- Sleds in the under-house storage area for backyard sledding

Guest access
We have a keyless entry so it will be easy to come and go. You will be given the code upon your arrival. In the winter, I would encourage you to park your car at the top of the driveway as it's pretty steep and can be a challenge if the driveway is icy.

Neighborhood highlights

The property sits at the top of Sinclair Road, near the Rim Trail and is just a 10 minute drive to the ski mountain. You can walk out the front door and up the road and be on a beautiful hiking and biking trail without ever getting in a car. Many homeowners in this beautiful, quiet spot are full-time residents. Look out for wildlife strolling through the backyard. The outdoor decks are an amazing place to spend your time with three different areas to enjoy and a backyard to play in as well.
