A newly built, design-forward retreat in Palm Springs’ ELAN community, a short walk from downtown and near South Lykken and Tahquitz Canyon trailheads. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests, the home pairs two king suites and a casita-style bedroom/office with a private cocktail pool and spa, elevated patio, mountain views, and community amenities. Guests can relax and retreat into the quiet beauty of hills of the San Jacinto and San Rosa Mountains.

Located at the south end of downtown, Palm to Peak Retreat is the newly built home that delivers all the modern luxury you desire, paired with the Palm Springs design pops you’ll love. From the private pool and spa on the first floor, to the spacious patio up top, you will adore this home on so many levels, you’ll need at least a month’s stay to discover it all!
Venturing outside through those open glass doors to the courtyard, you’ll discover your private oasis featuring a heated (upon request) “cocktail" pool and spa. Here you can take in the sun on the pair of sun lounges, or have it “made in the shade” by relaxing at the undercover conversation set with friends. Next to the large seating area is the built-in BBQ.
Grab your martini and head up the stairs in the home to the wonderful elevated patio where you can take in the sun and the surrounding mountain views from the comfortable seating area. It’s the optimum place for that pre-dinner sunset cocktail and alfresco dining with table and seating for 6.
Wander back inside from there and you’ll be in the upstairs primary bedroom. Here the large king bed complete with hotel quality luxurious 100% cotton Brooklinen linens provide a dreamy nights sleep. You will also find a large screen TV and a generous en-suite bathroom complete with walk-in shower, double vanity and ample storage in the walk-in closet.
The second primary suite is situated on the lower level and gives you poolside views to wake up to each morning from the comfort of your king size bed with 100% cotton Brooklinen linens. Here the color palette creates a striking impression, as will the en-suite bathroom complete with make-up vanity, walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
The home’s third bedroom/office is in a casita-style, accessible near the pool via its glass sliding doors. This bedroom features a desk and chair set up for your remote work needs, pull out couch with Queen size bed, 100% cotton Brooklinen linens, wall-mounted TV, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and ample storage in the walk-in closet.
If all that is still not enough to satisfy even the most discerning of vacation goers, the community itself has a large heated pool & spa with lounge deck, a dog park for those furry family members, and a Bocce Ball court if that’s how you roll…
Guest access
Guests have full access to the home, private grounds, private pool and spa, elevated patio, and the ELAN community amenities noted above. The home has a private entrance and free on-premises parking for up to three cars.
Other things to note
This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids.
• This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, and we do have MANY breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise children at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed.
No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home during your stay.
All noisy activities must be taken inside by 10pm to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.
A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.
Pool heating is an additional $65 per night of your visit. Spa heating is included with your stay.
Mid-stay cleanings are required a minimum of every 14 days of any guest stay. This includes a full linen turnover and amenities refresh.
One mid-stay cleaning has been included with your reservation as a COMMUNITY FEE.
Additional cleaning based upon the number of nights booked over 28 will be charged separately.
