Just steps from 5th Avenue and Playa del Carmen’s beaches, your suite includes an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, TV, WiFi, a private terrace, and your own spool (not heated). Guests also enjoy shared access to Downtown Villa’s rooftop (pool not heated). Please note: ground floor and kitchen use is not included.

The suite is on the upper floors of the villa and requires climbing two flights of stairs — there is no elevator.

Visitors are not permitted.

Parking is not available on site. Public parking is available a short walk from the villa.
