Closet space for guests is in the first half of the mirrored Ikea unit by the window.

The place has a lot of great character, much of that being the classic antique brownstone style. Part of its character and charm are the old pine wood and tile floors, marked and worn from good living.
Pristine chic with fancy appliances is not what we offer, but if you like cozy, down-home antique charm, please be our guest!
Our stay in Tom's place in Park Slope was perfect. It had everything we needed and was super centrally located, with fun restaurants, Prospect Park and the subway all super close. The bed was comfortable and the house was clean and nicely decorated. The first part of our stay the weather was chilly and we were nice and toasty in the apartment. Check in and Check out was really easy as well. Thanks!
Tom was a great host. He was very responsive. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. Everything in the listing is accurate.
We had a great time. The space is very nice and was close to public transportation.
The apartment matched the description and was in a nice neighborhood. It was clean and prepped for our arrival. Tom was a pleasure to work with and made it easy to pick up/return keys.
Tom's place was a very cozy studio really close to a F stop, so it worked perfect for us. Although we ate most of our meals out, the kitchen was more than adequate for someone who might want to make their meals and save a few bucks while visiting NYC. Tons of places nearby to grab food or a beer. Safe and beautiful neighborhood.
Tom was very responsive. He coordinated on everything before our arrival, so we had no questions or concerns when we got there. He was always a quick text or email away.
Tom's place was perfect for our needs: big bedroom filled with light, nice smallish bathroom and kitchen, lots of little unexpected details and comforts. After a long day of city activities it felt great to come back there. Great location for exploring Brooklyn - nice walk down to Greenwood Cemetery, close to Prospect, etc.
Cute and fantastic place! Comes highly recommended. Can't wait to come back to it again next time I'm in park slope
