Closet space for guests is in the first half of the mirrored Ikea unit by the window.
The rest of the closets in the bedroom are not for use by guests.
The place has a lot of great character, much of that being the classic antique brownstone style. Part of its character and charm are the old pine wood and tile floors, marked and worn from good living.
Pristine chic with fancy appliances is not what we offer, but if you like cozy, down-home antique charm, please be our guest!
Merci Tom pour ce séjour merveilleux !
Thank you Tom for this wonderful stay. The apartment is lovely, everything we need is provided (towels, shets even some food!). Check in and out are very easy and Tom even thought of giving some adress to find a place to have diner in the neighborhood !
I must admit i was a little worried with the fact to have check in information just a few days before my arrival but Tom is very well organized and everything goes perfect !!
I would totally recommend ! And subway couldn't be closer, what a pleasure !
Comfy, quiet and in the heart of a great neighborhood, with lots of bars, cafes and shops. Absolutely no complaints -- quite the opposite, in fact. Recommended. Enjoy.
The apartment was clean and conveniently located. Just three blocks from the subway.
The place was really great, calm and clean, with a lot of charm, and it was near to the subway and in a nice neighbourhood. Tom was really nice and quick to respond by mail and all the informations for the apartment were very clear. We had a great time there and I would happily go back to that place again .
Yes, my host made me feel welcome and kept in touch by text. I think the apartment was accurately described, and the photograph was excellent. I felt secure and had complete privacy. The neighborhood is colorful, varied, and very friendly. I felt safe walking around after dark. Food shopping is easy and all the pharmacies, hardware stores, and banks came in handy.
