Safe, convenient and equipped with everything you need, The Annex is a street level 300sf studio that's just right for those away from home while working, relocating or visiting. Offering a comfortable bed, hot shower, table & chairs, kitchen with oven range, sink and mini frig, and a small stackable washer/dryer. Ideal neighborhood location for walking or running, with pets welcome and plenty of room for your things. With easy parking near the front door it's a comfortable and cozy stay.

The space
The Annex is a studio apartment nestled in a renovated former gas station. It sits surrounded by homes on all sides with a parking lot in front and a 2nd unit on the other side of the building. The Annex is very quiet and private.

Guest access
The studio is 100% enclosed space just for the guest, with it's own assigned parking and entrance. Many long term guests have stayed on a month to month basis, and have found it's perfect for their needs.
