The bedroom has (1) Cal King Bed, second bedroom has (1) queen bed and living area has a sofa bed. The suite is has (2) TV's.

Refrigerator and microwave are provided for your stay.

The suite is connected to the home by a double sided door. The door will remain locked on both ends.

We are a short 10 min. drive to the Ont airport, Ontario convention center, Toyota arena and the Ontario Mill

The space
The living area and the bedroom with the queen bed are equipped with smart TVs. The bathroom is located within the bedroom.

Off street parking is available for up to (1) car. Parking is right in front of Airbnb do not block the long driveway. There is two units on the property, please be respectful.

There is street sweeping on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called and termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you!


PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING - Claim will be filed with Airbnb

**Late check-out past 11 am without our consent: $50 per hour. Anything past 12pm will result in a full day charge.

**Excessive guests than reservation: $50 per guest

**Excessive cleaning if the place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $50

**Smoke Removal (cigarette smoke or Marijuana smoke): $200

We would like to provide our guests with a "home feeling" giving you access to everything that's necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We ask that you please be careful when consuming liquids and food in the living room and bedroom.

The most important thing to note from the manual is the no-smoking rule inside the unit.

Guest access
Guest have access to entire front area. Parking is on driveway in front of porch but not blocking long drive way as we will park there. There is no smoking in the house. If you smoke please do so outside on the porch. Vents are connected to the house so we will be able to smell the smoke. If it is found you have smoked inside the home we will charge an additional $200 to cover extra cleaning.

We are about a 8 minute drive from the Ontario airport and are in close proximity to the Ontario mills and Montclair mall.

We are located approx. 3 miles from the convention center, a short 5-7 min drive.

Walmart is a short 5 minute drive from us along with an Edwards Movie theater.

Circle K is walking distance for any late night cravings.

Downtown upland is a few streets up from us and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and a lively night life for you to enjoy.
