The space
2 storey home with a finished basement for your enjoyment.

3 generous sized bedrooms. 2 rooms have queen beds and the primary suite has a king bed with private ensuite. Full bathroom upstairs as well as 2 half bathrooms. One on the main and the other on the lower level of the property.

On site laundry

Garage access is provided plus 2 parking spots on driveway.

Gazebo outdoors for late night star gazing and a glass of wine or warm tea.

Gas fireplace in the living room and Google chrome cast tv.

Heated floors in the primary suite.

Surround sound system throughout property.

Guest access
Entire property is available for guests in the exception of our utility room/furnace room.

Other things to note
Strictly no smoking, vaping, drugs or cannabis allowed in the home.

No guests other than those listed on the reservation permitted on the property unless approved by host.

In the Spring and Fall, the City of Stratford flush hydrants which may cause the water to turn yellow in color. Simply run the cold water for 10 minutes. The water is safe to drink.
we will notify you in advance if this is happening during your stay based on the schedule from the Municipality.

* Conserving water by limiting unnecessary towel washing and reporting any dripping taps or leaks.

Please adjust air conditioning to 23 degrees when leaving property.

Heat in the winter should also be turned to 19 degrees prior to leaving property.
