This is a 3-bedroom serviced home in the exclusive, historic and scenic Paradise Estate area. We are just a skip and a hop away from the Four Season's Hotel with its 18-hole Robert Trent Jone III 18 hole golf course and magnificent Pinney's Beach.

This is a spacious and airy villa which is close to restaurants, historic sites, beaches… and offers stunning views of Nevis Peak, Mount Liamigau, gorgeous sunsets and frolicking Green Vervet Monkeys!!

If you feel like cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen, but we are also conveniently located near to a range of dining offerings ranging from the bespoke, by reservation only Ms. June's Cuisine, to the laid-back, jovial atmosphere of Sunshine's Beach Bar (featured in Conde Naste) and which attracts celebrities from Bill Clinton to Jay-Z & Beyonce to Microsoft Executives!!

The house has 3 large bedrooms, each with its own shower and bathroom, this makes it perfect for families or friend/couples holidaying together. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and each of the other 2 bedrooms has ample closet space, which is convenient if you decide to stay several weeks!!

The house has good natural ventilation with high ceilings and fans for year-round comfort, but it is also equipped with air-conditioning for extra hot days!

If you let us know in advance, we can also stock the fridge and pantry with groceries - a price list available on demand - and will also throw in a complimentary bottle of Belmont Estate rum or a case of Carib beer if you stay more than 4 nights!

In addition to an equipped kitchen, the house also has a washing machine and dryer.

We are also happy to provide at no additional cost pickup OR dropoff at the Charlestown Ferry, Airport (Newcastle) or Seabridge terminal (Cades Bay). Just let us know in advance if you need this service.

Guests have full use of the premises which include landscaped grounds and two screened verandahs (one on the seaward side and the other facing Nevis Peak) where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner in comfort while being serenaded by the cicadas.

We provide lots of information and a contact number on which you can reach us in case you need anything. We offer housekeeping once a week, but can provide more extensive services on request. We are happy to provide recommendations on things to see and do during your holiday in St. Kitts & Nevis and can also assist with introductions!

Excellent sunset and seascape views of St. Kitts, take a casual stroll to the historic Lowland Church or be an intrepid archaeologist and visit the nearby sugar mill.... or be a National Geographic film producer and capture the amusing antics of the green vervet monkeys...

Nevis is a small island with a posted maximum speed limit of 35 mph. Hop on hop off private minibuses are a cheap and intriguing way to see the island during the day time, but as they don't have schedules are best for getting around leisurely. Walking and biking are also options but for maximum flexibility a rental car is hard to beat. You can also use the seabridge to take your rental car over to St. Kitts, round trip is about US$65.00 and the trip each way is just about 30 minutes.

We are also happy to provide at no additional cost pickup OR dropoff at the Charlestown Ferry, Airport (Newcastle) or Seabridge terminal (Cades Bay). Just let us know in advance if you need this service.

Perfect location. Right off the main road but far enough away to be very quiet. It is very convenient to some of the best restaurants on the island and to the Four Seasons and you can walk to Paradise Beach. We loved hanging out on the front veranda where you can see Mt Nevis and some peekaboo views of the ocean. We saw monkeys right from our house. You can walk up the street and within a couple minutes have beautiful expansive views of the ocean, St Kitts and Mt Nevis. Gillian was very nice and welcoming and picked us up from the ferry. She was quick to respond to an issue with one of the air conditioning units. Nevis is a magical island and this is a great house to enjoy it from.

Gillian, who was very nice and accommodating met us at the ferry landing. She then led us to the house. The house was neat and clean in a quiet area. The beaches, restaurants, stores, etc were fairly close if you had a car. The closest beach was across the main road and down a very rutted dirt road. The beach was very quiet with few persons on it.

Paul's villa was a great experience for me. Nevis is a pretty small place, and there are really only a few locations for visitors looking for food, music, and tourist attractions. One of them is the Four Seasons, and Paul's place is quite close. I would still get a rental car in order to get around, buy groceries, and visit other locations like Oualie Beach, the Nisbet plantation, and so forth - and Paul's villa has an enclosed parking space albeit not for a gigantic car (good luck finding one to rent anyway). Other notes: Besides having a full kitchen, microwave, washer and dryer, and air conditioning in the rooms, Paul's villa has both front and back screened porches. I didn't have any issues with biting insects, but they are supposedly around. If you get a rental car, Paul's place is literally a couple minutes from the car ferry landing site. Keep an eye out, especially in the morning, for the local pack of vervet monkeys. They seem to like playing on the neighbor's backyard swing set. Paul's place is also quite close to the Pinney Beach strip where at least a few locals like to go: Sunshine's, Turtle Time, Double Deuce, and Lime are all clustered there. If you're more adventurous, go talk to the firemen and policemen in the downtown Charlestown fire station. Cheapest beer in town, barbeque and children's fundraising on Fridays and they are very friendly if they might not look it at first glance. Other notable places nearby: Neve at the Four Seasons had a very nice Caribbean breakfast. Chrisi Beach has a great grilled scallop and chicken BLT (say hi to Stefan, Vaneisha and Valerie for me). Nisbet has a seafood buffet and live music on Thursdays. Be careful of internet reviews of places on Nevis - they're mostly old and half of the places are closed down (Eddy's, etc). Higher end: Mt. Nevis, Montpelier are supposed to be very nice but I didn't visit. Did have drinks with the chef at Montpelier, though he's leaving in a month or so. Beware the Killer Bees and Amadou (sp?) at Sunshine's - if you can't hold your liquor, well, let's just say people were somewhat shocked when I told them I put down 5 Killer Bees and 3 shots of Amadou, but only the orange one. Above all, enjoy the lovely island of Nevis.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in an ideal house for a family or adult group . The house is very comfortable and spacious with air conditioning and is only a short walk from the excellent Paradise Beach . Our host Paul did everything that he could to make us welcome . Recommended if you want a laid back beach holiday.

Paul's house in Nevis was just perfect! A few minutes walk from Paradise Beach and easy access with bus in to town. Everything was clean and the rooms are very big. I would without a doubt stay again.
