This large luxury home was recently remodeled and features a heated pool, beauty bar, and design that will be the highlight of the weekend. FAQ & RULES:
NIGHTLY MINIMUM:
We have a two night minimum requirement in order to prevent nuisance parties, therefore we do not allow one night stays.
OCCUPANCY:
Max guest count is 16 people.
The number of guests on your reservation is what is allowed at the home at any time - whether overnight or during the day. If you have any unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of cancellation and/or additional charges. Please be aware of the # of guests you enter while booking, if your guest count changes at any time, please just let us know or update your reservation. This also helps us prepare for your reservation and ensure there is enough supplies (towels, toilet paper, etc) for your stay.
VENDORS:
ALL vendors must be approved by host before you book them. Please review our unapproved vendor list below first and feel free to reach out if you have any questions. We work closely with a lot of the vendors so please ask before booking anyone.
UNAPPROVED VENDORS:
Hibachi, Cabana Boys, DJs, strippers, paint & sip, mechanical bulls, bounce houses and anything that can be visible or a nuisance to the neighboring homes.
QUIET HOURS:
Scottsdale quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for any fines (up to $2500) This is a residential neighborhood, please be respectful and courteous of the neighbors.
Please be aware that we have a privacy-safe decibel sensor that monitors noise outside. Do not tamper or remove the sensor; it will notify us if touched and you will be charged a $250 fee. If noise levels exceed the allowed threshold, you will be notified via text.
EARLY CHECK IN / LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check-in as early as possible by messaging us (early check in fee may apply)
LATE CHECK OUT:
Our home is in high demand and we may have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.
Late check-outs may be arranged (late check out fee may apply), however please let us know in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.
MUSIC & SPEAKERS:
We have a BT Speaker available so you don't have to bring one! The TVs have music channels as well as Spotify to play music. Large speakers / Loud music is not allowed outside. Please be courteous of the neighbors and your sound levels at all hours. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls even outside of quiet hours.
CAN THE POOL BE HEATED?
Yes upon request! This is available for an added fee, $75 per night and must be heated for the entirety of the stay. Please request pool heat at least 5 days prior to check in so we can preheat the pool for your arrival.
Pools take quite some time to heat so we do not take pool heating requests on or after day of check in.
DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?
Yes, we provide bath and pool towels!
DO YOU HAVE POOL FLOATS?
There are pool floats, however our collection is constantly changing as they don't last very long in the Arizona heat. If there is a specific float you want, please bring it with you or you may ship it to the house. We have an electric inflatable pump available for use.
DECORATIONS:
PLEASE be cautious with what you use on the walls, majority of tape will damage the wall/paint and you will be charged. No double sided tape! Please hire decor services or use wall safe tape. No sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair).
Absolutely nothing should be attached/stuck to/hung from ANY accent wall with paint, wallpaper or mural. If there is any damage to these walls, you will be responsible for fixing the entire wall.
Front Patio/Front of Home is OFF LIMITS. No decor should be visible from the street.
NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER ALLOWED inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. These can clog filters, drains and damage equipment. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
PETS:
No pets allowed.
This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the premises.
This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18 - 150, 18 - 121 and all state and city regulations. **All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
