This thoughtfully designed apartment blends historic character with modern comfort. The open layout features rustic industrial charm and contemporary finishes. Two private bedrooms each offer a queen bed and ample storage. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker, complemented by a dedicated dining area and convenient laundry facilities. The bathroom is clean and functional with accessible fixtures. Guests also enjoy the ease of free on-site parking at their private entrance.

You will have full private access to the apartment, including two bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room. You have a private entrance and will receive access instructions for the street and front doors four hours before your check in at sixteen hundred.

No pets allowed.

You may notice a slight variation in the ceiling finish on one side of the bedroom. This area was recently repaired and has been fully fixed, so there’s absolutely nothing to worry about. The repair was completed to ensure everything is safe and secure for your stay. A cosmetic update is already planned for the spring to give it a refreshed look, but rest assured, it does not affect comfort or functionality in any way.
