The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen/livingroom with cooking area and sofa bed.
It is located on the third floor of a palace from the sixteenth century that used to belong to the Tiepolo family.
It is near the Church of Santa maria dei Miracoli, a jewel of the Venetian Renaissance and the Church of Santi Giovanni e Paolo, the biggest gothic curch in Venice.
Just 10 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes from the San Marco Square.
In the neighborhood there are supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists and many shops and restaurants also frequented by the Venetians.
The small kitchen is very well organized and offers everything 'you need to cook comfortably in the apartment.
The flat has no air condition, but is equipped with fans for the hottest summer days.

We are more or less available 24h a day and are glad to assist you in any possible problem you might have during your stay
The neighborhood is much less turistic than the san Marco area, but still very lively and well served.
From the nearby Fondamente Nove you can reach by boat the islands of the northern lagoon: Murano, Burano and Torcello.
Very close to Rialto and Fondamente Nove where all the main vaporetto lines connect with the city areas.
The islands the Venice car and bus Terminal of Piazzale Roma, the Venice train station of Santa Lucia and the Venice airport of Marco Polo.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is in a central and strategic position but without being crowdy and touristy.
Guests should feel as much as possible "at home", knowing that the apartment is part of a palace where other people live.
The check-out is 'scheduled for 12 am and check-in from 2pm onwards.
If you arrive early in the morning or leave very late at night, we are always available to keep your luggage in storage.

We are a family of 4 members, me my wife Mikela and our two sons Davide 11 and Andrea 8.
I'm half swedish and half venetian but I live in Venice since 1989. Mikela is from Trento and we met in Venice during our studies and finally decided to settle in this beautiful city. Since we are good travellers we always try to make the very best for our guests
