We loved our stay at Kathy's place! We spent our Thanksgiving here with family, the house was fully equipped and we had no problems cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner. Kathy was incredibly accommodating, even offering us her roasting pan for our turkey! Kathy was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She was even willing to approve us bringing 3 dogs rather than the standard 2 dogs! If you want a comfortable stay for your family this is a great place to choose!

Lovely home with a great hot tub and a cozy gas fireplace. A giant pine tree in front of the house fills the air with its scent, and we saw a 10 point buck in the front yard munching on the shrubs.

This is a nice, comfortable, clean home located conveniently near downtown Bend. Our small dogs used the backyard safely as it is well fenced in. The kitchen is great. We used the folding reclining lawn chairs to take a peaceful afternoon nap in the backyard listening to the birds and the breeze.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our birthday weekend trip to central Oregon to climb at Smith Rock State Park. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and even left my wife a sweet surprise! The accommodations had everything we could hope for and the hot tube felt great after a day of climbing. We also very much appreciated the ability to bring our dog on the special trip.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Bend OR. Kathy's house is very nice and we had everything we needed. We appreciated the binder full of recommendations and maps of the area. We loved having the hot tub after an active day outdoors. Kathy was very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Bend.

Cathy was great and informative. The house was lovely and very comfortable. The neighborhood we thought would be closer to the river and downtown.

Response from Kathy:
Maggie, I guess you didn't see the written detailed instructions in the White Binded Book that we leave for guests under RIVER TRAIL which read: The river trail can be accessed by walking or riding your bike. Turn right on Archie Briggs, go South on OB Riley Road, turn right into Sawyer Park, go across the bridge and follow the signs to the River Trial. Head South to downtown Bend or North (goes across Archie Briggs Road) and continues for another couple of miles. We also leave several maps in the book and there is one called Bend Urban Trails Map that has all the trails in Bend. Kathy
