This private self contained maisonette apartment is ideal for a couples/singles coming to Dublin, with En suite bedroom, living room/kitchenette and just a 20 minute walk to the spire in the heart of Dublin city. The apartment is in the middle of some of the best dining experiences in the city ie Shouk, Bernard Shaw, Fagans and the Dublin 1 Hotel and a 20 walk to vibrant Capel st. Public street parking
The Greenway was just completed in August 2025 allowing a great alternative access to the city

The space
This is a self contained apartment with the king bedroom upstairs, finished in pine floors and ceiling and has an en suite toilet and shower.

Downstairs is a living room with full cooker,Smart Tv, dinning table, toaster, electric kettle as well as all cutlery and cooking utensils

The spire (city centre) is a 15 walk from the house. My home is also very close to Drumcondra train station, croke park, the botanic gardens, airport bus route and the garden of remembrance, DCU and the mater hospital

The dwelling is a little redbrick as can be seen in the pictures provided that has been split into 2 apartments with a solid concrete wall diving them. The air Bnb apartment is everything you see in the pictures and is for your private use and I have my own apartment at the back of the dwelling.

Airport Arrivals

If guests are coming from the airport the best way to do so is to take the 16 or 41 which is a 24hour bus from the airport. It costs less than three euros each (you will need coins as the buses don t take notes). The bus stops at drumcondra station (there are also two drumcondra stops so be sure to take the second drumcondra station) which is opposite the Juno bar and a 3 minute walk from my place. To get to my place from the bus stop walk in the same direction that the bus is travelling and take the next left(belvedere rd) you should see Brady s butchers and a little lane to the right of the building, follow the lane which leads you on to Sherrard Ave and my place is half way up on the right number 31

Check in/out times

I try to be as flexible as possible with check in and outs however I do work a full time job so I have to work around this. Though the check in time is 6pm there is a lockbox where guests can drop off luggage (after 11am when my previous guests are required to leave) should guests arrive early, they can pick up the key and check their bags into the kitchen/lounge and explore the city and return anytime after 6pm and the apartment will be ready. Guests checking out may also store their luggage in the kitchen/sitting room should they be departing later in the day and pick it up when it is convenient for them(before 6pm when new guests arrive and 2pm weekends), I just ask that the room be vacated at 11 for cleaning please.

Hi Everyone The apartment is perfect for couples on city breaks, as you ll be in one of the best areas to eat in Drumcondra and close to Smithfield/ stony batter all on your doorstep as well as the city centre/Croke Park. Other than that please feel free to ask me anything as I know the city really well and can point you in the right direction. Also sorry about the late check in as I work full time but I allow guests check in bags before check in and provide early check in where possible and on the weekend its 2 pm. Also the stairs are quiet narrow so it may not suit people with mobility issues. Take care Regards Dwaine
