Guest access

During your stay you're welcome to use the living room and dining table.

Interaction with guests

Most of the interaction with my guests is done when they arrive, and again over tea/coffee in the morning. I'm usually curious about their plans and trying to help them sort out attraction points and how to get there.

The room is small but close to the nightlife! Lior has good tips for his guests, will perfom with a breakfast and has also a helpful guidebook, which you can see right after booking!

Very easy to get to by train from the airport. Short walk from the Central train station and the bus station to other cities, for instance, Jerusalem. Quiet street, but near city buses. Lior arranged to have his mother let me in when I arrived in the late morning. Room was quiet. I slept like a log. He made breakfast in the morning.

A b&b that actually includes a breakfast; what a concept. Way to go, Lior! Everything was as described, and the full-size bathtub was an unexpected bonus, as were the very comfy living- and dining-room areas. Lior is an excellent host, friendly, easy-going, helpful, and sincere about being a good host. At the end of my stay, he asked if there was anything that he could improve. How many hosts make that effort? I had only one comment, about the noise made by the ceiling fan in the bedroom.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at Lior's. This was my first experience staying at an airbnb and I couldn't have been happier. He wasn't going to be there in time for my five o'clock check-in so he had his mother come over to let me in and we had a lovely chat. The listing is small, as advertised, but perfectly adequate for one person, or two who don't mind sharing close quarters. The neighborhood was great. It's very close to buses and walking distance to lots of great things. I walked to the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, and while in the summer it's hot, it was a perfectly nice distance for an afternoon outing.

Lior was very helpful before and during my stay in Tel Aviv (he gave me tips to get around in the city and get to his place from the airport). He was welcoming and accommodating. The neighborhood is conveniently located near the Tel Aviv Central train station and has access to public transportation (buses) within walking distance (5-8min walk). His place is close to a street with many different restaurants, cafes and convenient stores, laundromat, etc. The room is small, but it can be ok for one person.

After years of participating in CouchSurfing and hosting people, I decided to join Airbnb. During the days I work for a software company, and on my free time I watch movies, ride bicycles and enjoy some local culture events.

From my traveling I have a Coca Cola cans / bottles collection from around the world. I'd be happy to get unique addition to it. If not, even a postcard from your country would be great.
