As I am trundling around Australia, part of my flat is rentable from 05.01.2014 for 6 weeks.

It is an flair attic in a house with 5 corners. The apartment has a loft-like living room and 1 additional rooms, a daylight bathroom with tub and shower, a guest bathroom, a balcony overlooking the park area. It is 145 sqm, the rentable parat around 110 m ²

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are cable 2 TVs, stereo, Playstation, Wii Fit, X-Box and I-Pod/I-Phone-Anlage.

Bornheim is a very popular and trendy neighborhood with colourful mixed crowd and openminded people. The beautiful Berger street with many nightlife and shopping opportunities, as well as subway can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The tram runs right outside the door.

The price is including all additionell charges.

Everything personell will be stored away before renting.
