It's only about 50 yards to tennis and a heated pool, and a larger pool is nearby. Gulf Highlands boasts 11 pools,including the pool on the beach, free tennis and putt-putt golf, and picnic tables throughout the resort. It's just a 5 minute walk to the Gulf-front pool and club house with concession stand. This town home is great for a week at the beach for a young family or for a romantic getaway for the young-at-heart couple of any age. There are TVs with full cable service and a DVD player; that means the kids can be entertained with their favorite movie, while you keep up with your favorite show or watch the game or the race! 138 Abbie Lane gives your family privacy, resort amenities, including Gulf-front pool and club house at an incredible value.
Gulf Highlands is conveniently located between Front Beach Road and Hutchison Blvd. (Middle Beach Rd.) and between Churchwell Drive and R. Jackson Blvd. (Beckrich Rd.). The resort is right across the street from the Shoppes at Edgewater, where you can enjoy Rock-It-Lanes -- with bowling, arcade, roller skating and a sports bar -- and many restaurants, including Los Rancheros Mexican, Montego Bay Seafood House & Oyster Bar, Sweet Basil's Italian Bistro, Roy's Chili Dogs and Firefly. And it's just a short walk to the Wal-Mart Super Center, Applebee's, Saltwater Grill, China Coast, Shane's Rib Shack, and The Wicked Wheel Bar & Grill, WonderWorks and Ripley's Believe It Or Not!

No bookings are made more than 11 months in advance. No smoking. Smoke outside. Quiet hours are from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. Registered guest must be 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. When you check out, please take out your trash and put your dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Parking is limited. We can only provide two parking permits. Cars parked without a permit will be towed. Please do not leave doors open while air conditioning is on. The AC unit will freeze up. The location is perfect it is near everything especially if you have a car. Plus walking distance to the beach. The apartment is very nice David made sure there was easy access into the location. My family and I felt comfortable and at home in the space. I would definitely stay here again.
The apartment/condo was as described and check-in could not have been easier. Although Walmart is not my favorite place to shop, it is right around the corner and really convenient for all the things you run out of or forget. The condo is also right around the corner from all the attractions PCB has to offer, but just out of the way enough to avoid most of the traffic. All in all, a very good experience, although next time I would likely choose a cooler part of the summer to go other than late July.
This was the best stay on our week-long gulf coast tour! The place was immaculate, updated, cheery, comfortable and well-appointed. The walk to the beach is a short one, but the unit was still quiet and private.
Both bedrooms and the full bath are upstairs, with a half-bath downstairs in the living area. We found this to be a great arrangement.
David was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Also, the place is very well managed and cared for. Access to a laundry room is included.
This is one place that was actually BETTER than expected! We highly recommend staying here.
Centrally located. Easy access to other roads to avoid front beach road traffic. Path directly to beautiful beach. Owner was attentive to our needs!
David did an awesome job getting information I needed in order to put together a last minute trip for the wknd with my family. Upon arrival, signing in and getting an assigned key was an easy process which made my already hectic schedule that much easier. The townhouse was big enough to accommodate my semi-large family and we were comfy. The space ws clean and stocked with the essentials which allowed us to avoid have to go to the overcrowded Wal-Mart up the street immediately. I really liked that the beach was a hop, skip and a jump from our accommodations. I have nothing bit good things to say about this stay from the quick acceptance, speedy responses, convenient shopping albeit crowded, easy walk to the beach, and the clean comfy home. I would definitely use this home again whenever I'm in the area.
