Welcome to our, cosy and quiet homestead apartment at the heart of Arctic nature, only 1 hour drive from Tromsø. On top of offering an amazing view of the fjord right from the sofa, our apartment is made for those who want to be away from light pollution of the big city and enjoy the northern lights, as well as experiencing local culture and food. We offer free northern lights notifications, discounted aurora tours from the door & private, local-food catering options. Many possibilities nearby.

The space
Our northern lights themed apartment is a quiet, Norwegian-style unit to rent located in the beautiful countryside of Malangen, 60km (1 hour) drive from Tromsø Airport.

It can accommodate 4 people maximum.

It comes with:

- 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed
- 1 spacious living room with a sofa bed (queen-size), a large TV and a table.
- 1 fully-equipped kitchen
- 1 bathroom + toilet + laundry
- 1 carport (free parking)
- 1 large patio
- 3 large window bays to gaze at the fjord and the northern lights from right the table or the sofa.

No smoking or no pets allowed.

Our apartment comes with a system of free notifications when the northern lights are dancing outside. On top of that, the co-owner is a world-renowned aurora chasing guide and offers discounted self-driven tours right from the door. Finally, the host is a fine-dining restaurant chef and offers home-made, traditional, locally-produced catering options (pre-order, on-demand).

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full apartment unit, the carport and private patio. It will not be shared with anyone else.
