Located on the sixth floor, Penthouse 6PH3 is a cherished retreat for our family, recently decorated to enhance its elegance and comfort. Unlike most units, ours boasts panoramic 180° views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the bay, visible through breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. 6PH3 is a unique penthouse located in the amenities building at Diamond Beach. Located close to the main elevators, 6PH3 has one of the shortest walks to the lazy river, pools, beach access, movie theater, fitness center, spa, and more!

Booking & Policies
• Max Occupancy: 6 Guests (strictly enforced).
• No Pets, No Smoking (inside or on the balcony)—violations result in immediate eviction with no refund.
• Full Refund for Cancellations 15+ Days Before Check-In (unless booking site states otherwise). Trip insurance is recommended.
• Rental Agreement Required: Guests must accept our Short-Term Rental Agreement immediately after booking.
• Waiver Required: The Diamond Beach Owners Association requires all guests to sign a liability waiver at check-in.
• No Lifeguards on Duty: Guests swim at their own risk and must supervise children at all times.
Guest access
Guests will conveniently access the property through the Diamond Beach Concierge upon arrival. Comprehensive and easy-to-follow instructions are included in the Welcome Letter, which will be provided six days prior to your stay. This ensures a smooth check-in process, allowing you to start your vacation stress-free and ready to enjoy all the resort has to offer!
