Salty Sister combines an amazing location with a cozy and comfortable experience. What makes this home truly special is the beach box vibe with many upscale touches. The home has been thoughtfully updated while working to preserve the charm- a fully stocked kitchen, a bar area that lets 7 eat easily together and 4 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and 3 full Bathrooms.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Pets are welcome! Bring 1 dog for free. If bringing more than one dog, please message us about the applicable fee.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
