Come experience true TINY living in this 100 sq ft tiny house. It has all the features you need in one adorable tiny package. Double loft bed sleeps 1 comfortably, 2 if you really like each other. Has a fireplace, full bath/shower, kitchenette w/hot plate & microwave, TV and wifi. Convenient location & close to everything Reno has to offer. Quiet side street w/parking spot. Decorated to impress! Washer/Dryer access is available. Come for a night or weekly/monthly. Don't miss renting this gem.

The space
The house is very tiny, but very comfortable. Not a lot of room for moving around inside, but plenty of room for relaxing. It has a private front porch with a hanging chair to enjoy along w/a tiny table & chairs for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon. The kitchenette comes with a microwave/fridge/freezer, dishes, utensils etc and also a tiny hot plate/coffee maker and oven combo (3 in 1).

Other things to note
Guests are more than welcome to enjoy the backyard and patio area.
Washer/dryer is located in the garage and available upon request.

Hello, My name is Dana and I was born and raised here in Reno. I left for many years and lived in Seattle and San Diego but ultimately came home because my family is here. My favorite thing about Reno is definitely the four seasons, the year around blue skies, and beautiful Lake Tahoe. I have 3 amazing daughters who are my whole life. 2 of them were D1 athletes on full ride scholarships in college for basketball and my youngest daughter, who chose not to play sports is currently going to college, so I am a very proud mom of 3. I also have 3 dogs…..2 ankle biters and a golden retriever who’s names are Roxi, Tinker and Bandi. You will most likely meet all 3 if you come to stay in my tiny home. They are very friendly and love people. The golden retriever would probably live with you in the tiny house if you let her, ha ha. I have worked at United Airlines here in Reno for the last 11 years, and although I haven’t traveled a whole lot, I plan to take advantage of my benefits and change that in the near future I bought the tiny house on a whim one day. I actually saw it on FB & thought why not? I redid the whole inside, added a porch and listed it. Everyone thought I was crazy for doing it, but it has really turned out to be a successful little venture and has been so much fun. So, I hope you come and visit and enjoy my extra tiny house! Reno/Tahoe has a lot to offer and of course, I would love to meet you. Thank you for your interest and safe travels!!!!!!
