The house has 05 suites, four of which are internal and very large and a smaller one with external access. Located in the heart of the Guaramiranga Mountains, 3 km from the headquarters, 2.5 km on the asphalt and 0.5 km on rough stone pavement, 6 to 7 minutes drive to Guaramiranga. The balcony and bedrooms have owners. If you like, we ask you to take the hammocks. The balcony look calls for a nice lull to relax.

The house has an amazing pool and a 6-seater Jacuzzi. Both can be heated and we charge an energy fee for this: for heating the pool and Jacuzzi and use of the steam room R$600.00 and only the Jacuzzi and sauna R$200.00 for the weekend (2 days)

The path that leads to the house from the Guaramiranga road is only 500 meters of sidewalk , we request attention to the tips we sent before , how to climb well and safely

The house kitchen is well equipped: duplex fridge, freezer , five burner stove , microwave, pots and pans , dishes, cutlery, glasses , glasses and practical cutting and service utensils. Location Pé de Ladeira , district very close to Guaramiranga with a lot of native and untouched Atlantic forest. Quiet and quiet area. Mr. Caesar, the caretaker is from there and highly respected in the community . In 15 years we've never had any incidence of insecurity .
