Welcome to Ámare, our charming beach walk studio apartment, ideally located in a prestigious area of Condado. Perfect for two guests, this space offers easy access to the beach, vibrant city life, and exquisite dining. You’ll also be just steps away from boutique hotels, trendy shops, and casinos, with the airport nearby for added convenience. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.
The space
You will have the entire apartment for yourself, and it is located on the 4th floor. The space is perfect for couples, small families, business travelers, and/or tourists looking for a genuine Condado experience. A great way to mix work and play, if that is what you are looking for.
It has an open living and bedroom area with access to a balcony with a view of Condado. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. The apartment also has a spacious walk-in closet to store your luggage and all personal belongings.
This beautifully one-bedroom studio with a balcony is located in Condado Ambassador Condominium.
Situated on Ashford Avenue, this prime location is just a block away from Condado Beach, a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, schools, and a hospital. The condominium offers a full-capacity generator and a water cistern, and a common laundry area. Paid parking near the property, and street parking is available.

The entrance is directly from Ashford Ave. Through the lobby and to the elevators to your left for access to the 4th floor.

- The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside or outside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Fines can reach up to $1,000 per violation. Please respect the neighbors.
- Lost key replacement fee is $300.
- Additional charges will be incurred for lost or damaged towels (due to makeup or other stains) and damaged or missing bed sheets.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
*Due to the recent atmospheric events that our island has suffered, power, water, and internet outages may occur unexpectedly from time to time. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control, and we’re not held responsible for the inconveniences this may cause during your stay. This property has a complete power generator and cistern.
