The space
The villa welcomes you with a big and spacious front courtyard that accompanies you right into the living room kitchen open space concept. A solid, local wooden table is the perfect gathering point for delicious home cooked meals, a remote work meeting or a lovely night in company of your friends and loved ones full of laughter and joy! The living room counts with fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to explore some home nice cooking. The comfy bedrooms both featuring king-size beds, mosquito nets, AC, oversee the beautiful back garden with hammock and a fresh sparkling big pool where you can unwind after an amazing day full of Caribbean adventures.
Our favorite part of the villa: the bathrooms: built to keep in touch with mother nature, opened air style, still guaranteeing privacy but with an outdoor vibe which is super cool and worth the adventure!

You have full access to the property, including the private pool; parking is free and located on the street in front of the villa.
Other things to note
Please remember this is a jungle villa, be respectful of the local flora and fauna present (we are their guests and not viceversa) and be mindful with waste and electricity consumption. Tulum is a fast developing area and some areas might have unpaved roads.
If you require our extra concierge service just ask us, we have the answer to all your requests: private relaxing massages, private chef, transportation, beach clubs reservations, local parties, birthday cakes, nannies etc.
The elements of the house as well as our decoration is handmade and uses a mixture of materials from the area and metal. We have chosen unvarnished hardwood furniture from the region. In this way, the natural smell of living wood perfumes the house for the best pleasure of all your senses...
Therefore, we ask the greatest care not to leave wet towels coming out of the pool on the furniture, not to use chemical products in the finishes and to use the appropriate accessories at your disposal in the house.
You can enjoy a washing machine and a clothes hanger during your stay. Please do not use the washing machine for beach towels, bedspreads, heavy or pet clothes and remove everything from your pockets before putting your clothes in the washing machine…So do not hang clothes on trees in the garden to dry.
We charge extra for excessive use of air conditioning in the villa, which helps you remember to turn them off when you are not in the villa. At check-in we take a photo reading of our electric meter and again at check-out. Mexican standards are 25 KWh per day, which is a sufficient amount for normal use. Anything in excess of that will be charged at a rate of 4 pesos per KW.
Therefore, we encourage you to be mindful of energy use. TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONER WHEN YOU ARE NOT AT HOME OR IN THE ROOM Thank you very much.
The magical city of Tulum is in constant development due to its current demand as construction sites are popping up everywhere. In this area there are no building rules or planned period of work, so it can be noisy at times. As this is out of our hands, we do not offer refunds for construction noise complaints. Thanks for your understanding!
We do not offer refunds for power outages, wifi or water. This is Tulum and sometimes this happens, due to power outages, water shortages, storms. It is out of our hands.
Please note that this is NOT a PARTY HOUSE. The energy here is very healing and beautiful. We do not tolerate groups of more than 5 people. We do not allow additional guests to stay overnight or anyone except registered guests on the premises to stay at all times. thank you
Please do not stick decorations on the walls or anywhere in the house. Balloons and confetti are also not allowed in or near the pool area, this affects our pool pump and can cause serious damage.
Our neighborhood is very quiet.
We take security very seriously which is why we provide an electric fence that surrounds the premises.
DO NOT PUT TOILET PAPER OR ANYTHING DOWN THE TOILET, USE THE PROVIDED CONTAINER, as in all parts of Mexico / Tulum, but especially in our Villa that has a special ecological system.
In the rooms, keep the doors of the bathrooms and the mosquito nets closed, since you will be in a property in the jungle where we can find insects and sporadic insects. This can be avoided if you keep all the doors in the room and their screens closed at all times.
Please note: AC and mosquito nets are available only in the bedrooms, the living room has huge windows for nice ventilation and fans.
We accept dogs on the condition that their owner is responsible for any type of damage to the villa and its exterior.
