About This Listing
We have a brand new twin villa located between Ilıca and Alaçatı. The location is very central and it is only a walking distance from the amazing beach of Ilıca (called 'büyük plaj'). The houses are bright and specious. One house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 wc (one on the first floor and another in the second floor) and an open kitchen/living space. The twin house is exactly the same. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, and it is open on the sides since it is a corner house. it is just one block away from the main street, which makes it easy to get to public transport. Also there is no problem of private parking if you are travelling with your car. It is a very calm neighborhood with really nice neighbors.
The house is perfect both for winter and summer with double isolation on the walls.
We prefer to host families. The house can accomodate 5 to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms in the upper floor: 2 with double bed, 1 with a single bed and one foldable bed in the livingroom that turns into a couch.
Everything in the house is new, beds, refrigiator, washing mashine, dishwasher, etc. We expect you to treat them as if they are your own:) We specially get a lot of compliments from our comfy beds. For us it is very important that our guests have a good night sleep:)
There is an option for fast internet connection with additional fee of 100 tl per month. Air conditioning is also a an extra service costing 15tl per day (negotiable). Please let me know before you do the booking if you need these services.
If you stay more than a week, the price is negotiable..
Have a nice stay:)
The house is nicer than the photos! The garden is amazing, full of flowers, it looks like somebody is putting a lot of work into it. It was very easy to communicate with Alice and very easy to find the house. The location is very good, 5 min away from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. In terms of value for money, this is the best place you can get! I contacted Alice literally in the last minute for this place and she was very helpful. Thank you Alice:)
The house is close from the beach and is spacious but unfortunatly there is no internet (althought it was writing on the annoucement ) morever we had a lot of blackout of gaz and water.
Even if we contacted alice she couldn't resolve all these problem ( she said to us to go to the center for meeting the internet center to resolve problem but we were here just for 3 days for holidays : without internet we lost a lot of time because we wanted to search thing to visit on internet and we are obliged to go in bar to have internet .
unfortunatly There was a lot of wind during our holidays so we couldn't use the terrace because two chairs were broked during the second night
I am very sorry you had no gas and water for the first day of your stay, this was because the city council was doing some repairs and totally beyond my control. The water heater in the bathroom and cooker in the kitchen are electric so I hope it wasn't too inconvenient for you during that day.
About the internet, it is unfortunate you didn't let me know you needed a connection before arrival. As it clearly says in the house description, the internet will be provided upon request. This is very common for summer houses in Cesme, as they are not used all year round. When you contacted me asking for internet after you arrived, I gave you my personal internet stick that works perfectly.
I still don't understand why you had the take the house modem to the local service provider without telling me. It was completely unnecessary, and I hope you don't do this kind of thing to your next host.
Cesme is a very windy place ,that's part of its appeal, and what makes it so nice during the summer. However, the wooden chairs we have are very unlikely to break due to wind only, they have been there for a year. I will not charge you for any damage though it is your responsibility to take care of possessions in the house during your stay.
About your arrival times, it was inconsiderate on your behalf to arrive at 1.30am in the morning while ignoring my questions when I asked you when to expect you. If you want to arrive late, that's fine, but you need to let me know.
In general, it is very important to have a clear communication between the guest and host on Airbnb to clear confusions and have pleasant stays.
We stayed four days in the house and we really enjoyed our stay!! We spent a lot of time on the nice terrace or at the beach thats just a five minute walk away. The house was perfect for us, comfortable beds and a sunny spacious livingroom. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Elif and her mom made our stay as easy and relaxing as possible, thank you for the hospitality! Only one little little thing, maybe the shower curtain could have been a bit longer.. But other than that it was a very positive experience :)
Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Thanks Elifs and her moms help during my stay!
We had a very pleasant stay in Cesme in Elifs apartment which suited our needs perfectly. The pictures in the ad seem to be from two apartments that are different so we didn't know which one we were going to get. Ours had three rooms in the top floor with comfortable beds an with fresh linen and towels prepared for us. The bedrooms are quite small - such that it wasn't possible to have the luggage in the room. We had to leave it in the third bedroom (which we didn't use). There was a nice terrace with evening sun and comfortable table and chairs to have breakfast outside, which we really enjoyed. This didn't show in the pictures so it was a very pleasant surprise! The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. Overall, the apartment had all we needed but there is little care for detail - especially electrical appliances (to turn on the bathroom light we had to plug in a light, there was no switch, lightbulbs hanging from ceiling, etc.). The location is excellent, close to the highway, to Alacati and Cesme - right in the middle! There's also a supermarket close by.
Elif was very easy to get in contact with, and we had no problems getting the keys as soon as we arrived in town. She provided excellent directions to the house, which is in a great, convenient location to the oldest parts of Alacati. Quiet neighborhood, clean residence, good internet and other utilities.
Great location and quiet place. 10 min to Ilica and Alacati. There is a supermarket nearby. The house is clean but bedrooms are small and the kitchen is not well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Elif was very helpful!

About the Host, Alice
I love travelling, and believe that the people define the place, so I always try to meet the locals. I love hosting people from all around the world, it excites me to get to know people and learn about different things.
I have been having very plesant experiences with Airbnb so far. I met some very interesting and lovely people, and I am looking forward to meeting you:)
My life motto is to explore.
Here is a couple of philosophies I really like;
'I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles.'
"The life of love is a very insecure life, but tremendously beautiful. Dangerous, adventurous, but the only way to live is to live in danger, and to live in adventure."
