Reviews by past guests speak for themselves - A double room with ensuite set back in a very quiet apartment complex but conveniently located for easy access to the city centre. Breakfast is self service continental - cereal, toast, tea, coffee etc.
24 hours shop across the road plus ample free parking.
Situated on a main road into Belfast, yet set back far enough to be very quiet, this modern, bright space offers all the comforts of home for your visit to Belfast. Public transport is very frequent and you can be in the centre of the city in just 15 minutes or less. A 24 hour shop across the road sells everything from fruit and vegetables to frozen ready meals and painkillers. The shop also includes a post office and a subway. You have full use the kitchen in the apartment. There is great wifi throughout the apartment and drivers have access to free parking just outside. The room is spacious and has an ensuite with shower. Dining, kitchen and living area are available for shared use. There are four pubs within 10 minute walking distance and lots of takeaway restaurants within easy reach. A shopping centre with cinema is also within easy walking distance or by public transport.
Guests have full access to the dining and kitchen area - plus their ensuite room of course.
Interaction with Guests
My favourite part of hosting is sharing a cup of tea or glass of wine with my recently arrived guests. I am at my apartment most evenings but often am working during the day.
My neighbourhood has everything you could want - pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Shops and takeaways plus fantastic public transport into town - just 15 mins away...
Some of the best public transport in the world. Train is a 10 minute walk and a range of buses and 'taxi-buses' pass every few minutes outside the apartment block.
Other Things to Note
Breakfast is on a self service basis from a range of complimentary cereals, porridge, bread for toast, tea, coffee etc. Guests are welcome to cook their own breakfast with their own food.
In my experience airbnb guests are ideal guests - all treat my home like their home... we all win!
Best. Host. Ever! Eimear is a delight to stay with....friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and fun. The room is lovely....spacious, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The neighbourhood is great...lots of takeaways, shops, and other services. The black taxi rides to city centre are just the ticket.
Eimear's tips and recommendations made my stay in Belfast all that much better. And if you want a great experience, ask her about her walking tours, Away a Wee Walk of the Giant's Causeway. You'll be glad you did!
Wonderful 2 night stay with Eimear. En suite room was superb, clean, quiet and ideal for us.The apartment is well located for amenities and close to the Centre of Belfast City.Eimear was lovely company and provides an array of tourist literature, toiletries and breakfast foodstuffs. One of our favourite Airbnb stops everything is lovely.
I would like to thank Eimear for being such a great host to us! She is a very gracious hostess and very welcoming, and we instantly felt very comfortable staying with her in her beautiful home!
If you wont to experiance Belfast like a local, you have to stay at Eimear. The house is really nice, clean and located at West-Belfast. Eimear is a perfect host. Helping you with directions and good tips to explore Belfast. Thank you for making my first days in Belfast perfect:)
Great place. Exactly like the photos posted. The neighbourhood was quiet and there was plenty of space to park a car if you rented one like me.
Host was welcoming and quickly helped with our requests even though she just got home from a trip. We didn't talk much as we were tired from all the driving and travelling but she was very friendly and helpful.
Eimer was a great host! We had great conversations over wine. It felt like a home away from home. Bed was really comfortable, hot shower and great water pressure. 15/20 minute bus or mini taxi into the city center or an hour walk. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Belfast.
I decided to stay at Eimear's place one extra night because I really enjoyed staying there. Eimear and I had great talks over wine and dinner.
Hi, I'm Eimear - I'm very well traveled but am Belfast born and bred. I lived in Dubai for 5 years. I've been to the US 9 times, I've ventured to India, Africa, Australia and many parts of Europe. I still have Scandinavia, South America, more of Asia including China plus Russia on my lifetime travel bucket list.... must get on with it!
I've worked in many areas of the hospitality industry and have recently launched a walking tour company which offers the best way to experience the world famous giants causeway coastline.
I love meeting travelers from around the world - I have a degree in Irish history and a passion for this vibrant city. I love being an airbnb host.
I enjoy cooking, reading (non-fiction) and photography - I LOVE the great outdoors - I walked the 500 mile Camino de Santiago in Spain in 2012.
I look forward to hosting you.
