This modern, cozy apartment is nestled in the heart of Southside Historic Bethlehem and is the perfect home base for exploring all Bethlehem has to offer! Just steps from Lehigh University, this centralized location grants you easy access to many shops, restaurants, bars + more!

The space
This open concept and newly remodeled space features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen and wet bar, living and dining space and beautiful views of the bustling downtown streets.

Other things to note
23 East is located on the second floor of the building, approximately 24 stair steps from street level to the main entrance. There is a small private parking area for 1 vehicle in the rear of the building for our guests. There is a public parking garage and several lots within walking distance as well. Parking on the street and in public lots is free from 9:00pm - 8:00am (excludes garages).

Situated underneath the rental are our very own cafe and shopping boutique, Cafe Crewy and Crewy Woo. Pop downstairs for a delightful cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich then shop our boutique for unique, custom curated gifts and local merch!
