- The essentials for breakfasts are of course at your disposal (Nespresso coffee machine and kettle and toaster)
THE SLEEPING AREA:
- 160cm x 200cm hotel quality bed for extra comfort
- The room has manual shutters and opaque curtains covering the outside light of the window for ideal sleeping comfort
- A clothing rack with hangers as well as a shelf to store your belongings for several days

We ALWAYS do an in-depth cleaning of the apartment to bring you comfort and serenity. Cleaning is done by a specialized cleaning company.
We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in a perfect state of repair. We will not hesitate to keep your security deposit if we notice any damage to the property. Check-in times are available from 4 pm. Don't hesitate to contact us for any special requests. Check-out times are imperative before 10 am.
Early check-in is however possible if you contact us between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, and depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.

Once your reservation has been validated by our team, we will send you a secret code to collect the keys a few hours before your arrival.
Check-ins are self-contained via key pick-up at a store within a 4-minute walk, open between 8:00 a.m. - 11:45 p.m. Same for your departure
Check-in times are only from 4 p.m. and check-out times are before 11 a.m.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover any trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a deposit of a minimum amount of €300.00.
We have the possibility to drop off an umbrella bed for the duration of your stay for an additional €25. (we do not provide sheets)
We have the possibility to drop off a baby chair for the duration of your stay for an additional €25.
