Incline Village is a wonderful area. Known as the French Riviera or Beverly Hills of Lake Tahoe, the area is full of forest greenery, and lake and mountain views, and it's safe, beautiful, and close to so many fantastic amenities.
While you may feel you have been taken away to a far-away, destination, you will find all the comforts of home at your fingertips. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and a 40-inch HD Samsung TV to watch your favorite shows and movies. HBO, Showtime, and Cinemax are available, as well as Netflix accessibility.
Warm up to the fireplace and enjoy watching your favorite TV show or movie on a 48-inch HD Samsung TV. HBO, Showtime, and Cinemax are available as well as Netflix accessibility. Fast streaming internet is available.
Just down your steps, you will find a large hot tub and sauna only accessible to the four units in your building. Please note that although the hot tub is almost always functional and accessible, we are not responsible if the hot tub is not available due to maintenance or HOA restrictions for any reason.
Keep your vehicle free from snow and ice during your stay. This condo comes with its own fully enclosed mid sized garage with an automatic garage door. Please note that the garage will only accommodate up to mid sized SUV’s, like a Toyota 4-Runner, Infinity QX80, mini vans, etc… Most SUV’s with not fit with roof racks or cargo holders installed.
It's a short drive to two beautiful golf courses. You can also venture out to the Flume and Tahoe Rim Trails.
The McCloud condo complex is centrally located and only a short walk to restaurants and amenities **PLEASE NOTE: THE PRIVATE BEACH IS CLOSED TO GUESTS STARTING MAY 1, 2021**.
A few miles away is Sand Harbor Beach and Kings Beach and you are only a 45-minute drive away from South Lake Tahoe. Please see helpful beach access tips at the Lake Tahoe chamber of commerce website.
If you ski or snowboard you are only a 5-minute drive to Diamond Peak, 15 minutes drive to Mt. Rose, 30 minutes drive to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows, 20 minutes drive to NorthStar, and only 45 minutes away from Heavenly.

Due to the high altitude, it cools off quickly in the evening during the summer. Therefore the entire McCloud condominium complex does not have any central A/C units.
I am highly allergic to animals, i.e. dogs and cats and many others. If you have an animal for special needs, I plead with you to find another place to stay that can suit you without the negative consequences to the host. I respect your medical needs and I understand the laws that protect service animals; however, I plead that you will also respect my several allergic anaphylactic medical conditions. This is not a traditional public hotel, it is my home that I open up for others to stay. I stay here too. Thank you in advance.

My family loves visiting Lake Tahoe. The skiing and snowboarding is some of the best in the country. Our family tries to get up to the resorts in the winter as much possible. The location of this McCloud condo is perfectly located in the French Riviera of Lake Tahoe, AKA Incline Village.
