Located in a 3rd floor (NO ELEVATOR), Las Gaviotas 15 offers a modern and updated space for you and your group to enjoy the quiet side of Tamarindo, the neighborhood where the condo is located is away from noise but close to town in a small, gated community that offers: a big pool, charcoal grill, bathroom and shower.

The space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of Las Gaviotas complex is the perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and the continue sound of the waterfall pool.

With a fully equipped kitchen in case, you want to cook during your stay, microwave, blender, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher and also a wine fridge.

Master bedroom have a king size bed, the second bedroom have a queen size bed and in the living room you will find a comfy sofa bed in the case your group is bigger than 4.

The balcony is big enough to have a relaxing cocktail in the evening. With 2 new fans and plenty space to seat down.

Guest will have access to the pool, the bbq area, lounge chairs, (all share with other guests).

The main door to get to the unit have a code- wich we will provide it once you book.

And the main door opens with a key.

Theres only one parking spot for this unit.

Other things to note
Please note that this unit is located on a 3rd floor with NO elevator.
Parking is outside the condo and you have to walk by a pad and the unit is on the last building to the left.
