Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Katie and Joe were excellent hosts, and their dog Lucy is super sweet. The house is warm and cozy, close to downtown, easy to park.

    March 2014
  • My two teen-aged children and I stayed in the two upstairs bedrooms when we came to visit Bowdoin College. We had a very nice stay in warm comfortable rooms. Kate is a professor at Bowdoin so she was able to answer our questions about the college even before we got there. She thoughtfully suggested that we eat breakfast in the cafeteria at Bowdoin which was an excellent idea. The breakfast on campus gave us a chance to see the students of Bowdoin and get a feel for the school.

  • My recent stay was my second time at Joe & Katie's place. The house is nice, tidy, and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

  • Katie and Joe were very nice and their place was great for us--completely comfortable and very convenient--the perfect place to begin a fall colors trip. In addition it is very close to Brunswick which we loved--great coffee and pastries nearby...lots of interesting restaurants.

  • My first airbnb experience, and these guys were great! Would absolutely return. They are caring and accommodating.

    August 2013
  • Katie and Joe were great hosts. Their house is ideally located just a few blocks from the center of Brunswick. When their upstairs was full, they actually rented us their own bedroom. They also invited us to share in the bounty of their beautiful veggie garden.
Communication was extremely simple and perfect.
