This spacious house in a tropical garden setting offers a total of 90 sqm on two floors. It has mosquito netting, 4 bedrooms for a total 7 persons, 2 bathrooms with hot water, living room with couch and satellite TV and two small terraces.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: For the price listed, we will only rent the independent downstairs apartment with own bathroom and kitchen plus the respective number of rooms upstairs for the total amount of guests. We reserve the right to rent the remaining rooms to other guests, if required. If you would like to rent the whole house for yourself, please contact us before making your reservation, so we can send you the repsective price. The price per night for the whole house is 150$ in high season, 120$ in low season and 180$ during Christmas, New Year's and Easter week.
The house is located just 300 mts. from Puerto Viejo downtown in a quiet neighbourhood off the main road. It is situated privately in the back of a family-owned guesthouse with reception and a large community space.
The sea is about 150 mts from the house, some nice beaches for swimming and surfing are just a 5-minute bike ride away. A variety of typical and international restaurants as well as banks and supermarkets are all within walking distance.
The house is part of a small, family-owned hospitality business, which amenities like room service, Wifi, guest lounge, tour desk and reception you are welcome to use during your stay. Thanks to the secluded location on the property your still get a great deal of privacy and quietness.

The idyllic, bustling Caribbean village of Puerto Viejo offers a lot of attractions and activities for travellers to enjoy during their stay: the famous Jaguar Rescue Center in Cocles, snorkel tours, guided hikes through Cahuita National Park or the Gandoca-Manzanillo Nature Reserve, turtle watching (March - July), zipline, rafting, kayaking, chocolate tour, a visit to an organic farm and the waterfall, surfing and much more.
Furthermore, there is a variety of typical and international restaurants and bars and you will be impressed by the culinary offer of this little place!
There is regular public busses between Manzanillo, Puerto Viejo and Cahuita. The most popular means of transportation in the area are bikes :) Bikes can be rented everywhere in the village for 5-7 USD per day.
