You’ll love our place because of the modern ambiance, the lush outdoor space, and the friendly neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space
This is a newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment on a quiet, tree-lined side street in Central Harlem, and a short walk to Central Park or Columbia University campus. All public transportation is within easy reach, including express subway train stops, metro north, buses, and taxis. 10 minutes to midtown Manhattan. Great, friendly neighborhood, and wonderful restaurants and shopping right around the corner.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people in two beds (the couch in the picture converts into a second bed). It's perfect for a small family, or 2 couples who are traveling together. There is an eat-in kitchen complete with all of the amenities to make excellent meals. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit.

The apartment is on the garden floor of a brownstone town house, and has direct access to a large, sunny back yard.

Guest access
The apartment has its own private entrance. You may also use the back yard. Let us know what time you plan to arrive, and we'll meet you there with keys.

The apartment is 800 sq ft, with a 15 ft by 15 ft (225 sq ft) bedroom with wide plank hardwood floors, high-quality mattress, modern lighting, large windows looking onto green and sunny back yard. Large closet and dresser, and a large full-length mirror.
