Charming two-story treehouse with living room, kitchen, and bath downstairs, and a cozy bedroom upstairs. Enjoy the outdoor shower, fire pit, BBQ, and hot tub. The treehouse overlooks a pond where you can canoe or simply relax by the water.

Kids are welcome! The fold-out couch downstairs fits two children but will not comfortably fit two adults. While our main house is nearby, your treehouse is completely private.

Guest access
Guests will have access to a large pond with a canoe and a play area with a trampoline for kids.

This is a 2 story tree house with a ladder so you must be able to climb a ladder to reach the second floor.

Our caretaker has two sweet dogs - Kai & Lana - that roam the property. They are loving dogs and will come up to greet you so if dogs are not for you our space may not be a good fit.

It is possible that guests may be staying at the Main House during your stay. While the dwellings and experiences are private, the parking area and trash bins are shared.

Alegria Ranch is a working farm under regular maintenance and improvement. Because of our zoning - Agricultural exclusive - it is required that we operate Farm Stays & have an owner or caretaker on property. We are very cognizant of keeping the guest experience private and do our best to schedule noisy vendors like lawncare and arborists around your stay, but it is possible that repair people, farmhands, our caretaker Erica, and ourselves may be working around the property during your stay.

The listing photos are currently outdated. We have removed the tv and are in the process of improving the space. For example, there is a brand new Bullfrog jacuzzi instead of the inflatable seen in the pictures.
