- We do not have cable, only the channels included with Roku TV
- We cannot hold your luggage before or after your stay nor can we recommend a facility that does :(
- We cannot accept mail or packages. You cannot ship packages to our rentals unless you do that during your stay

- We provide all dishes, silverware, pots/pans and linens

- We will provide a pack ‘n play if requested no earlier than 24 hours prior to your arrival
- As a software-connected Host, we charge and collect security deposit outside of Airbnb using a separate payment method⁠: A refundable security deposit in the amount of $200 will be collected prior to check in. The deposit will be returned at check-out unless any of the rules are broken. You can submit the deposit via several contactless options or cash. Spring break deposit of $500 is applicable to all reservations from Match 1 till April 30th.
