The space

The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator from the garage, it has a large terrace with 2 sun loungers and a sofa, an underground garage space so that the sun does not hit your car, air conditioning, free WiFi, Nespresso coffee machine and a new 50" Samsung Smart TV.

Being on the seafront, from the terrace and from the apartment itself (if left open, of course) you can hear the relaxing sound of the waves.

As you can see in the photos, there is no space for a dishwasher. Yes, there is a washing machine. (You had to choose ;-D)

Large and comfortable mattress (150x200 cm), large sofa bed and bathroom with double shower suitable for people with special needs.

Spacious closet in the room to leave clothes and belongings.

Air conditioning and ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom.

In winter, the apartment in my ad is my luxury and peaceful retreat to relax overlooking the ocean from the terrace while reading a book and enjoying a glass of wine. During the summer you can also enjoy the apartment. I confess that it is not frequent, but several times I have seen dolphins from the terrace. I hope you can see them yourself.
