Jessica made my boyfriend and me feel extremely welcome. My boyfriend and I arrived during dinner time, but Jessica and Bryan still made us feel extremely welcome. They had all the amenities that we might need, and gave us recommendations for neat places to visit in Greenville. The house is ~1.5 miles from downtown in a transition neighborhood. It's absolutely gorgeous and the remodeling and landscaping that Jessica and Bryan have done are incredible. If we visited Greenville again, we would definitely try to stay there again.
Jessica was an excellent host! The room was very spacious, the bed was super comfy, the muffins at breakfast were delicious, and the coffee was already made when I woke up! This is a beautiful old home, very close to downtown. My daughter and I enjoyed meeting Jessica, her family, and her two very sweet dogs! We plan on staying here again, the next time we come to Greenville to take in a performance at the Peace a Center!
Jessica and Bryan were fantastic hosts. We contacted them very last minute to ask to stay and Jessica responded immediately. She greeted us when we arrived and acquainted us with the space, and spent some time giving us some really good recommendations for the evening we planned to spend in town- which was so close by we could walk if we wanted.
The space itself was more than adequate, and very clean. It was somewhat separated from the rest of the house which made it feel private too. The bed was really comfortable, and we felt at home throughout the entirety of our stay.
Jessica and Bryan are very down to earth people and we really enjoyed talking with them over coffee the next morning (and the coffee was delicious!). We would gladly stay with such friendly and gracious hosts again, and highly recommend them for anyone looking to stay in beautiful Greenville, SC.
Jessica and Bryan made us very welcome in their home! Jessica was gracious enough to let us check in a few hours early to drop off our stuff on a rainy day so we could go out and explore Greenville. My friend and I went for an overnight visit for her birthday and they made us feel at home. There children and dogs are adorable, and friendly as well. They even had some delicious tea and coffee and bagels for breakfast :) If in Greenville again we will definitely be staying with them.
This was our first time booking with Airbnb, and Jessica and Bryan set the bar very high for our future expectations.
Jessica was very flexible with setting up the arrival time, and when we arrived she came out to greet us on the front porch. The accommodations are beautiful. We love historic homes, so this was right up our alley. Access to town is a short drive (less than five minutes) and pretty much a straight shot. They gave us many recommendations for restaurants, bars, things to do and parking. For breakfast their coffee was good (this is really the most important part of any breakfast and should have been at the beginning of the review!) and they provided us with various breads, jams, honey and fruit.
So to sum it up - if you're looking for a relaxed place to stay with good atmosphere close to downtown Greenville look no further!
Jessica and Bryan have a lovely home and comfortable space for guests. We enjoyed everything about our stay!
Jessica and Bryan and family were wonderful hosts. The room had every detail of comfort and the bed was luxurious. We enjoyed having a dvd player and tv in our room for our long, slow days. Christmas was such a fun time to visit because their house was adorably decorated, which I love. Downtown Greenville will be seeing us again, and we plan to stay here again! Can't pass up fresh fruit and nutella in the mornings :)

Bryan and I have lived in Greenville for 6 years. We are both from Ohio originally. We love music (all kinds), hiking, canoeing, camping, gardening, home brewing, traveling and cooking. We both are former teachers. Bryan works at a local family owned company doing logistics. I work from home doing business development for an autonomous vehicle company and take care of our 2 year old son, Finnegan, and our new baby, Sylvia.
I've lived overseas in Australia and the Czech Republic (Prague) and we both lived in Costa Rica teaching English together before we got married. We got married in Jackson Square in New Orleans- complete with a second line parade. (Bryan helped rebuild there after Katrina). We've both traveled extensively and love meeting new people and discovering new places. We hope for the chance to host you in our lovely home that Bryan and I have spent many hours renovating.
