Stay in a charming bungalow in downtown Greenville, SC. We are in the West End within walking distance to downtown. The house is less than a mile from the Greenville Drive Stadium and restaurants on South Main. You can catch the free open air trolley to anywhere downtown from the baseball stadium. We have bikes we welcome you to use. If you promise to be careful we'll even let you take our moped for a spin.
Our historic home was built in 1905 and has a fantastic covered front porch where you can relax and enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
We have a beautiful garden oasis in our backyard. Warm up by the fire pit on a cool night. There is plenty of lounge space to relax and read a book or have a conversation. You are welcome to use our grill or kitchen if you'd like- we only ask that you clean up after yourself.
Your room has beautiful artwork, a comfortable queen size bed, high ceilings, closet and drawer space, a vanity/desk and a ceiling fan. You also have a private bathroom. We have an extensive library if you'd like to borrow a book or magazine. You also have access to Wi-Fi both inside and outside in the yard.
We're happy to make recommendations for local restaurants (we're foodies). We also like to hike and can recommend several places close by.
Two friendly dogs live here- Banana and Clover.
What a wonderful home and family. It's all that so many positive reviews had indicated. The room was very much like being in a B&B. If I'm ever in Greenville again I'd definitely hope to stay again.
We had such an amazing experience on our first AirbBNB stay with Bryan and Jessica. They were great hosts and the room was super cute. They recommended a couple of restaurants and things to do, none of which disappointment. We had an amazing weekend and would stay there again.
Jessica and Bryan were lovely hosts, very accommodating, very flexible and very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. Fabulous. The house has a great location. It was a great first experience to stay in someone's home while they were there and it couldn't have been any better. Oh, and Jessica has very nice parents! Thanks for a great visit.
Such a sweet place! Jessica was a lovely lovely host. She made sure that we had everything we needed. We loved the charm of the house and the comfy bed. Just lovely!
Jessica was a very gracious host. The room was nicely appointed, with a very comfy bed. The location of the property is very convenient to downtown, specifically South Main Street. I would definitely stay there again.
My stay with Jessica & Bryan was wonderful. The guest room was filled with beautiful antiques and the bed was very comfortable. Jessica was so helpful with providing information about Greenville and the many fun places to go. The location is extremely convenient to Main Street downtown. I definitely recommend staying with Jessica and Bryan.
Jessica and Bryan's place was a perfect location for exploring downtown Greenville. The master bedroom and bath were very comfortable, quiet and clean. We really enjoyed the historic home and they have done an amazing job restoring it. Jessica has the gift of hospitality and left a key for us as they were out and told us to help ourselves to coffee and tea...that always make us feel right at home. The walk to central downtown from their home is ~1.5 miles which was great for us since we like to walk everywhere. Before we arrived she sent a list of local restaurant recommendations and we went to Soby's- great farm to table place. I would highly recommend staying here for pleasure or business when visiting Greenville!
Overall a great experience. Jessica really made me feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here to any friends of mine.
My daughter and I made two short overnight stays at Jessica and Bryan's place. Everything was perfect, the main guest room has plenty of space and a very comfortable bed and the house is very nicely remodeled. It was a joy to stay there and talk to Jessica and Bryan (and Fen). The two dogs are extremely friendly. The house was also comfortably warm, even during the unusually cold 2nd week of 2014. Definitely a great place to stay in Greenville!
I loved my oversized room & it's comfort. This was such a great value. When i return to Greenville this will definitely be where i stay.
