Kick back in this 1970s-style scout camp themed cabin with the best views in the area! Enjoy sunsets each night, toast marshmallows at the fire pit, relax in the hot tub, enjoy one of the three spacious decks, and soak in the views from each bedroom and the living space. Rest up in each of the comfortable bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen or on our grill porch with a view. Head into town, just a short 7-minute drive to all Sylva has to offer.

The space
We have sweeping, multi-layer mountain views from the main open-concept living spaces and primary lofted bedroom. Mountain views from each additional bedroom as well. The primary bedroom is on the top floor with a king-size Beautyrest Black mattress and private bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity, walk-in closet, and separate water closet. The primary bedroom also features a private screened porch on the back of the house with mountain views.
Each of the other two bedrooms on the main level features queen-sized, high-quality mattresses (Beautyrest Black and Serta iComfort Pro), private en-suite bathrooms, closets, and mountain views. Every bedroom has blackout drapery and ceiling fans for comfort.
The family room is open to the kitchen and dining area with huge, lofted tongue and groove ceilings, surround sound, a large Google TV, games, plenty of comfortable seating, and incredible mountain views.
The kitchen is perfect for a home chef with high-end appliances (induction range and double oven!), all of the cooking equipment you could need, and plenty of counterspace on the quartz countertops.
The dining area comfortably seats 6 with two additional bar seats at the island in the adjoining kitchen. Mountain views from the dining space cannot be beat.
Our two-level deck features a grill porch, comfortable outdoor seating and dining on the top level, and a hot tub and swing on the lower level. In our fenced yard, you have access to the Solo Stove Smokeless firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs for s'mores with an incredible view.
30 minutes to Great Smokey Mountains National Park, 15 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance and 30 minutes from the Smokey Mountains Railway in Bryson City (Polar Express!).

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property aside from the garage and a few closets, which are locked for owner and housekeeping use only. No guest parking in the garage.

Other things to note
We are a dog-friendly stay (pet fee applies) for very well-behaved, housetrained dogs (no use of pee pads is allowed). If you leave the property you must take your dog with you, they cannot be left at the cabin unattended. NO pets on the furniture! You must remove pet waste and bag it in the trash outside in a larger trash bag before checkout.
