The cottage is ideally located, with the edge of the garden bordering on an easy ski slope. The ski gondola which takes you up to Alpe d'Huez can be skied to in a couple of minutes (it's just 100 metres away). To return to the chalet at the end of your day, you can ski back down right to the front door. So you can forget about using your car during your stay!
There is a stunning view facing south, across the valley and to the mountains opposite. The chalet offers peace and quiet, with a large garden for making snowmen or lazing around in deck chairs. Have your coffee on the deck in the sun.
In summer, families of mountain bikers, cyclists or fans of the legendary Tour de France Alpe d'Huez climb will enjoy ideal conditions for their stay.
The chalet was completely renovated in 2011, and has an open-style design, with a beautiful larch hardwood floor, a lofty cathedral ceiling, and a pellet-burning stove for extra coziness.
The Alpe d'Huez Chalet would be delighted to have you for a stay during its second season. All fees (electricity, wood pellets, taxes) are included in the rental price.
